Mona – Lead Consultant

Beginning her professional marketing journey within the property & real estate sector whilst later transitioning into sales, Mona embarked on a new path delving into the realm of freelance brand identity work, demonstrating her versatile expertise and passion for creative endeavours.

Merging the two worlds resulted in Forty Four Eighty, driven by a single mission to transform small businesses and personal brands into efficient visual masterpieces that they can be proud of.

Millie – Commercial Brand Photographer

After studying photography extensively for 7 years whilst completing her BA Hons degree in Photography, Millie began her freelance career working with big beauty brands such as Sunday Rain showcasing a strong passion and talent for product imagery.

Joining our agency in early 2024, Millie has worked on our client projects to create powerful imagery and visuals to capture the true essence of brands and translating these visuals into resonating images.

Reece – Graphic Designer

As our resident Graphic Designer, Reece has cultivated over 6 years of experience working on a variety of projects including specialities such as motion graphics and videography with a BA Hons degree in Graphic Design.

A true creative, Reece has turned his passion for graphics and design into executing major projects for clients such as Steven Gerrard’s football academy to name a few as well as working on our very own agency led projects for clients globally.

Gabriella @ Millennial Burnout – Illustrator & Digital Content Creator

With a Fine Art BA from UAL and over 10 years of experience as a freelance creative, Gabriella has worked with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses and start-ups to established brands, creatives, and organisations across various industries. Covering everything from social media content, digital illustration, and copywriting to book and album covers, poster campaigns, and a wide range of printed materials.

Over the years, she has proudly been an integral part of digital campaigns and interactive brain teasers featured in outlets like The Sun, Yahoo, The Daily Mail, Business Insider, Insider, and MSN.
